Parmesan Potatoes Ingredients: - 1/4 cup flour - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese - 3/4 teaspoon salt - 1/8 teaspoon pepper - 1 stick butter - 5 to 7 medium potatoes Preparation: Melt butter in a 9 X 13 inch glass baking dish. Peel and dice potatoes. In a large plastic zip lock bag combine flour, salt, pepper and cheese; shake ingredients together. Add potatoes to the zip lock bag and shake well to coat. Place potatoes in the baking dish and bake at 375F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn potatoes with a spatula half way through cooking.
